In short

By ticking the box "I consent to the processing of my personal data" and submitting a form on alexforge.org, you allow Alex Forge to use the name, contact and task description you provided for one purpose: to reply to you and discuss the project. The consent is valid for no longer than 12 months after the last message about the request; attachments are kept for 6 months, a callback request for 3 months. You can withdraw the consent at any time by writing to hello@alexforge.org.

1. To whom the consent is given

The consent is given to the individual entrepreneur Alexander Sergeevich Seednov (INN 165052587213, OGRNIP 325508100468244), Bobrovo, Leninsky urban district, Moscow Region, Russia, e-mail hello@alexforge.org (the "Operator").

2. How the consent is expressed

2.1. The consent is given freely, of your own will and in your own interest by ticking the box "I consent to the processing of my personal data" in a form on the website alexforge.org (the "Site") and then submitting the form. The form cannot be submitted with the box unticked.

2.2. The consent is evidenced by the record the Site stores together with the request: the date and time of submission, the version of this document in force at that moment, and the IP address the form was submitted from.

2.3. By ticking the box you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are providing your own data or data you are entitled to provide as a representative of an organisation.

3. Purposes of processing

  • replying to the request or calling you back, clarifying the task and preparing a proposal on the scope of work, timeline and cost;
  • concluding a development contract if you decide to work with the Operator;
  • proving the fact and the terms of this consent;
  • responding to your requests concerning personal data processing.

4. Personal data covered

  • your name;
  • the contact details you gave to be reached at: phone number, e-mail address, messenger username;
  • information about the task and the project set out in the request, in the attached files and links, and in the subsequent correspondence;
  • your wishes on the scope of work, budget and timeline, if you stated them;
  • a convenient time for a call — for a callback request;
  • information the Site stores together with the request: the date and time of submission, the version of this document, the IP address, the section of the Site the form was opened from, and the campaign tags in the page address (UTM parameters).

5. Operations and methods of processing

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) to the parties named in section 6, blocking, deletion, destruction. The data is processed both by automated means and without them — in correspondence and when preparing documents. The data is not disseminated to an indefinite range of persons.

6. Processing on the Operator's instructions

To store requests and correspondence the Operator engages, under contract, JSC "IOT" (FirstVDS hosting, server in Moscow) and LLC "YANDEX" (Yandex 360 e-mail). These parties process the data only to the extent necessary to provide their service to the Operator and may not use it for their own purposes. No cross-border transfer of data takes place.

7. Term of the consent

7.1. The consent is valid from the moment the form is submitted until the purposes of processing are achieved, but for no longer than 12 months from the last message about the request from either side. For attached files the term is 6 months, for a callback request 3 months from receipt.

7.2. When the term expires, the data is deleted or anonymised without further notice.

7.3. If the discussion leads to a contract, the further processing of the data needed to perform and account for it is carried out on the basis of the contract and the law, for the periods set by legislation — no consent is required for it.

8. Withdrawal of consent

8.1. The consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to hello@alexforge.org from the address or contact given in the request, or in any other way that makes it possible to establish that the request comes from you.

8.2. On receiving the withdrawal the Operator stops the processing and deletes the data within 10 working days, except where keeping it is necessary to perform a contract or is required by law. You will receive a confirmation.

9. Other terms

9.1. The procedure of processing, the retention periods, the protective measures and your rights are described in detail in the Site's Privacy Policy: https://alexforge.org/en/legal/privacy/.

9.2. The current version of this document is published at https://alexforge.org/en/legal/consent/. The date of the last update is stated at the beginning of the document; the version in force at the moment of submission applies to the request.

9.3. This is a translation of the Russian document published at https://alexforge.org/legal/consent/; in case of any discrepancy the Russian text prevails.
